Cons: Mic doesn't work at all. Other Thoughts: I'd like to rate this a 1, but manufacturer defects are acceptable. It happens. I can hear calls clearly, but no one can hear me at all. I even called my phone from my land-line (I set my land-line to mute, so that I don't get echo feedback). I slapped this motorola speaker unit a few times and all it
